• Developing and launching Nelly’s tour for his second studio album Nellyville, which topped the Hot 100 billboard charts for 10 weeks
• Managing street teams and special events for industry pro John Monopoly of Hustle Period (former manager of Kanye West/former President of G.O.O.D. Music/Sony)

Prior to entering the entertainment industry, Burundi worked in finance. He raised series 6 and 63 funding for Zurich Kemper selling the Janus Fund. He managed sales, training, and client acquisition in 48 states, and was responsible for an average of $1MM per month in sales.
Burundi Partlow attended Truman State University in Missouri and Columbia College in Chicago where he studied Business Administration and Music Studies. He is from Chicago, IL, and is a success story from the inner city, a product of scholarships and hard-won open doors. He extends his success to all ambitious young leaders from his community with whom he comes into contact and is passionate about creating the conditions for people from disadvantaged backgrounds to have better life outcomes. He is a dedicated father to a young daughter who aspires to be an actress one day.
