Brandon Kitchen started his career as an intern for Mike Caren (Warner Music Group - President of Worldwide A&R), there he found his calling in the A&R and publishing departments. He has since won a Grammy as a contributing songwriter to Madonna’s hit “Revolver.” Since then he moved onto ASCAP where he was responsible for signing Drake and working with such rising talents as The Smeezingtons, Boi-1da, and Noah "40" Shebib. Brandon was featured in Billboard’s 30 Under 30 for “Rising young executives.” He is the Director of A&R for both label and publishing for Disney Music Group.
